PRODUCTS
Boron-10 Isotope
Boron-10 is widely used in nuclear reactors, radio-protection, neutron cancer therapy, and neutron detectors.
The thermal neutron cross section of boron-10 is 3837 barns. Besides, the reaction between boron-10 and neutron has two main features which make it an important material in many fields. First, the cross section is high over a wide range of energy. Secondly, the reaction product contains alpha particles and does not contain gamma rays, so the products of the reaction are all ionizing radiation, which is easy to detect and easy to block.
Boron-11 Isotope
The semiconductor industry extensively utilizes Boron Trifluoride in the fabrication of integrated circuits and microchips. As a dopant gas, it contributes to the precise doping of silicon wafers, imparting desired electrical properties to semiconductor devices. The exceptional purity and reactivity of Boron Trifluoride ensure the production of high-performance electronic components with enhanced efficiency and reliability.
Boron-11 trifluoride (11BF3) provides for greater efficiency and increased production throughput, and helps to make chips smaller and better.

Basic engineering design of Carbon-13 isotope enrichment plant started
As the next isotopic product, design of carbon-13 isotope enrichment plant started.
Cryogenic distillation of carbon monoxide is the process for enriching carbon-13 isotope and the isotopic abundance will be more than 95 at%.
December 2023
The construction of the boron isotope enrichment plant was completed
Construction of boron isotope enrichment plant completed and precommissioning and commissioning operation started.
Construction operation takes 2 years and the plant is ready for first startup.
March 2024
Boron Isotope Enrichment Plant Launched
Boron isotope enrichment plant for producing Boron-10 Boric Acid (99.5 at%) and Boron-11 Trifluoride (99.5 at%) was launched.
Commissioning of the plant finished successfully and production has begun.
